In addition to representing buyers & sellers in tradational transactions, Eric does a large portion of his business in distressed properties. In January of 2008 Eric founded NorthShoreREO.com the premier REO brokerage group of Northern Illinois. A majority of Eric's business is working with banks on pricing and selling foreclosed homes as well as helping clients with short sales, REO purchases, & investor bulk sale packages
